DAYANG BIOTECH announced that the company's shareholder Yang Xingli increased his shareholding by 800,000 shares through centralized bidding on February 18, 2025. After the increase, his shareholding rose from 3.95 million shares to 4.75 million shares, accounting for an increase in the total shareholding ratio from 4.7% to 5.65%. Due to failing to halt trading when the shareholding ratio reached 5%, he violated relevant regulations of the "Measures for the Administration of Acquisitions of Listed Companies." The Zhejiang Regulatory Bureau has taken supervisory measures by issuing a warning letter and recording it in the integrity file of the securities and futures market. This matter does not involve other shareholders of the company and will not affect the normal operation of the company
