According to the Zhitong Finance APP, BOJI CRO (300404.SZ) announced that the company, its wholly-owned subsidiary Guangzhou Huasheng Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Huasheng Pharmaceutical"), and Panlong Pharmaceutical jointly signed a "Technology Transfer Contract." After friendly consultations among the three parties, Huasheng Pharmaceutical will transfer the technology of "Glucosamine Sulfate Capsules" to Panlong Pharmaceutical, with a total transfer fee of 4.5 million yuan. If this transaction is successfully implemented, it will have a positive impact on the company's operating performance
