On March 19th, Jinshi Data reported that the Shanghai Stock Exchange issued a decision to publicly criticize Saurer Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., its controlling shareholder Jiangsu Jinsheng Industrial Co., Ltd., and relevant responsible persons. Saurer Intelligent and its controlling shareholder Jiangsu Jinsheng Industrial Co., Ltd. had violations in information disclosure and regulatory operations, with relevant responsible persons failing to disclose non-operating fund occupation as required and not timely fulfilling related party transaction review and disclosure procedures.
