# LZRJ plans to grant 20 million restricted stocks at a grant price of 11 yuan per share

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, LZRJ (688588.SH) disclosed the draft of the 2025 restricted stock incentive plan, in which the company plans to grant 20 million shares of restricted stock to the incentive recipients (including an initial grant of 19 million shares and a reserve of 1 million shares), with a grant price of 11 yuan per share. The total number of incentive recipients for the initial grant of this incentive plan is 120.

The validity period of this incentive plan is from the date of the first grant of restricted stock to the date when all the restricted stocks granted to the incentive recipients have fully vested or become invalid, not exceeding 48 months
