# Bioeasy: Yidari, Yikaire, and Wang Tianyi plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares by no more than 3.25% each

Bioeasy announced that the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller's concerted actors, Yidari and Yikaire, as well as the shareholder holding more than 5%, Wang Tianyi, plan to reduce their holdings in the company from April 11, 2025, to July 10, 2025, through centralized bidding or block trading. Yidari intends to reduce no more than 411,200 shares, accounting for 0.1026% of the company's total share capital; Yikaire intends to reduce no more than 575,700 shares, accounting for 0.1436% of the company's total share capital; Wang Tianyi intends to reduce no more than 12,026,000 shares, accounting for 3.0000% of the company's total share capital. The reason for the reduction is due to personal funding needs
