# Bioeasy multiple shareholders plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 13.0129 million shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Bioeasy (300942.SZ) announced that its controlling shareholder and actual controller's concerted action parties, Shenzhen Yidarui Management Consulting Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Yidarui") and Shenzhen Yikairui Management Consulting Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Yikairui"), along with Mr. Wang Tianyi, a shareholder holding more than 5% of the shares, plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares through centralized bidding or block trading from April 11, 2025, to July 10, 2025, with a total reduction not exceeding 13.0129 million shares
