According to the latest information from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on March 19, shareholders of ORIENTAL PAY (08613) transferred their shares from Deutsche Bank AG to Jingji Securities Group, with a transfer market value of HKD 28.1079 million, accounting for 10.41%.

Previously, ORIENTAL PAY announced that on March 13, 2025, the company entered into a subscription agreement with the subscribers (Nodia Properties (TH) Limited, Ventec Invest Aps, and Mr. Paul Stefano Spina), under which the company conditionally agreed to issue convertible bonds to the subscribers, and the subscribers conditionally agreed to subscribe for a total principal amount of HKD 7.817 million, with a conversion price of HKD 0.115 per share
