According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Jiangsu Bulou Electric Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with Yang Lu as the legal representative and a registered capital of 15 million yuan. The business scope includes: manufacturing of non-road leisure vehicles and parts; battery manufacturing; production of battery components; research and development of motorcycles and parts, etc. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is wholly owned by Shanghai Yongjiu Import and Export Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of ZLC
