According to the Zhitong Finance APP, ARGUS (603790.SH) announced that the company plans to acquire a 0.8333% equity interest in Zhejiang Rongteng Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Zhejiang Rongteng") held by Saint Owl Group Limited (referred to as "Saint Owl Group") for 10 million yuan (with a subscribed capital contribution of 10 million yuan and a paid-in capital contribution of 10 million yuan). Upon completion of the transaction, the company will become a limited partner of Zhejiang Rongteng, holding a 0.8333% equity interest in Zhejiang Rongteng
