# SAMPLE TECH: Wang Bingni has been appointed as the company secretary, authorized representative, and legal process document receiving agent

According to the announcement from Zhibang Technology (01708), Ms. Huang Liyu has resigned as the company secretary and will no longer serve as the authorized representative of the company as stipulated in Rule 3.05 of the Securities Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, as well as the authorized representative for receiving legal documents and notices on behalf of the company in Hong Kong as per Section 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong), effective from March 20, 2025.

The board is pleased to announce that Ms. Wang Bingni has been appointed as the company secretary, authorized representative, and legal document receiving agent of the company, effective from March 20, 2025
