# SYNTHESISELECTRONIC plans to establish a joint venture with Huicai Technology to expand its business in the monitoring field

According to the announcement from SYNTHESISELECTRONIC (300479.SZ), the company plans to sign a "Joint Venture Cooperation Agreement" with Huicai (Hainan) Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Huicai Technology") to establish SYNTHESISELECTRONIC (Shandong) Technology Co., Ltd. The registered capital of the joint venture is 20 million yuan, of which SYNTHESISELECTRONIC will contribute 10.2 million yuan, accounting for 51% of the registered capital of the joint venture. After the transaction is completed, the joint venture will be included in the company's consolidated financial statements.

The announcement states that the purpose of this external investment is to fully leverage and utilize the technological advantages and market resources of both shareholders in their respective fields, to expand business in the supervision field, and to provide service support for the upgrade of the regulatory industry from digitalization to intelligence
