# Hainan Airlines Holding: Xiangpeng Airlines plans to renew the lease of 2 B737-800 aircraft and newly lease 1 A321NEO aircraft

According to the announcement from Hainan Airlines Holding (600221.SH), its holding subsidiary Yunnan Xiangpeng Airlines Co., Ltd. ("Xiangpeng Airlines") plans to renew the lease of 2 B737-800 aircraft from Tianjin Yangtze River No. 79 Leasing Co., Ltd. ("Yangtze River No. 79") for a total rent not exceeding 8 million USD; and plans to lease 1 A321NEO aircraft from Chongqing Yangtze River No. 3 Aircraft Leasing Co., Ltd. ("Yangtze River No. 3") for a total rent not exceeding 63 million USD
