# SOFARSOLAR's IPO pricing is set at 11.8 yuan per share, with subscription starting on March 24

According to the announcement from SOFARSOLAR (301658.SZ), the issuer and the sponsor (lead underwriter) have determined the issue price to be RMB 11.80 per share based on the preliminary inquiry results, considering factors such as remaining bids, intended subscription amounts, effective subscription multiples, the industry in which the issuer operates, market conditions, valuation levels of peer listed companies, funding needs, and underwriting risks. The offline issuance will no longer conduct cumulative bidding inquiries.

Investors are requested to subscribe online and offline at this price on March 24, 2025 (T day), without the need to pay subscription funds at the time of application. The subscription date for offline issuance and online subscription is the same, March 24, 2025 (T day), with offline subscription time from 9:30 to 15:00 and online subscription time from 9:15 to 11:30 and 13:00 to 15:00
