# HUAPONT LIFE SCIENCES: The non-public issuance of exchangeable corporate bonds has received a no-objection letter from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange

According to the announcement from Huapont Life Sciences (002004.SZ), the company recently received a letter from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (hereinafter referred to as "SZSE") titled "No Objection Letter on the Compliance of Huapont Life Sciences Co., Ltd.'s Non-Public Issuance of Technology Innovation Exchangeable Corporate Bonds with the Listing Conditions of SZSE" (Shenzhen Letter \[2025\] No. 249). According to the relevant regulations such as the "Administrative Measures for the Issuance and Trading of Corporate Bonds" and the "Rules for the Listing and Transfer of Non-Public Issued Corporate Bonds on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange," the SZSE responded as follows: "1. Your company's application to confirm the issuance of Huapont Life Sciences Co., Ltd.'s 2024 non-public issuance of technology innovation exchangeable corporate bonds (hereinafter referred to as the bonds) with a face value not exceeding RMB 600 million to professional investors complies with the listing conditions of our exchange, and we have no objections."
