# LIHANG TECHNOLOGY's actual controller and chairman Liu Suiyang has been placed under investigation and detention

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, LIHANG TECHNOLOGY (603261.SH) announced that the company recently received a notification from the family of its actual controller and chairman, Mr. Liu Suiyang, as well as a "Case Filing Notice" and "Detention Notice" issued by the supervisory committee of a certain county in the country. Mr. Liu Suiyang, the actual controller and chairman of the company, is under investigation and has been subjected to detention.

Now, with the recommendation of more than half of the company's board of directors, it has been unanimously agreed that during the period when Mr. Liu Suiyang is unable to perform his duties as chairman, Ms. Wan Linjun, a director of the company, will act on behalf of the chairman and fulfill the relevant responsibilities of the board of directors and the special committee of the board
