YDME: Approval obtained for the agreement to transfer shares of New Vision

YDME announced that the company held a board of directors and supervisory board meeting on March 18, 2025, where the proposal to sell shares of New Vision through a negotiated transfer was approved. On March 21, the company received a reply from Beijing Electronics Holdings Co., Ltd., which in principle agreed to this share transfer.
