According to the Zhitong Finance APP, JINGXIN (002020.SZ) announced that as of March 21, 2025, the company repurchased 34.4625 million shares through a special securities account for share repurchase via centralized bidding, accounting for 4.00% of the company's current total share capital. The highest transaction price for the repurchased shares was RMB 13.93 per share, the lowest transaction price was RMB 11.86 per share, and the total transaction amount was RMB 434 million (excluding transaction fees)
