# Kailong High Tech plans to reduce its holdings in SNAT and Jing Sheng Co., Ltd. stocks

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Kailong High Tech (300912.SZ) announced that the company currently holds 6.6741 million shares of SNAT (stock code: 600841), accounting for 0.48% of SNAT's total share capital; it holds 1.3157 million shares of Wuxi Jingsheng Technology Co., Ltd. (stock code: 839830), accounting for 2.50% of Jingsheng's total share capital. The shares of SNAT and Jingsheng held by the company are all unrestricted tradable shares.

In view of the uncertainty in the securities market and the price trends of individual stocks, the company agrees to authorize its management and authorized personnel to sell SNAT and Jingsheng shares at an opportune time according to the following plan. The proposed methods include centralized bidding and block trading, with the sale of no more than 6.6741 million shares of SNAT and no more than 1.3157 million shares of Jingsheng
