# FINELAND LIVING issued a profit warning, expecting a net loss to exceed 73 million yuan in 2024

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, FINELAND LIVING (09978) announced that it expects the company's unaudited net loss for 2024 to exceed RMB 73 million, while the audited net loss for 2023 is approximately RMB 57.1 million. The expected net loss is mainly due to the following factors: impairment losses on financial and non-financial assets (including trade receivables, receivables from subsidiaries, receivables from affiliated companies, and goodwill), which are expected to exceed approximately RMB 90 million; and a decrease in total revenue of no less than RMB 50 million
