SED announced that on March 21, 2025, it received a notice from the Listing Review Center of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange regarding the application of Shenzhen Sanda Industrial Co., Ltd. for a private placement of shares. The Shenzhen Stock Exchange's issuance and listing review agency reviewed the application documents submitted by the company and determined that the company meets the issuance conditions, listing conditions, and information disclosure requirements. Subsequently, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange will report to the China Securities Regulatory Commission to carry out the relevant registration procedures as required
