# JIAODA WITHUB nominates Li Yan as a candidate for executive director and vice chairman

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, JIAODA WITHUB (08205) announced that Shuai Ge, Hu Lunjie, and Gu Xiaomin have resigned as executive directors, and Zhou Guolai has resigned as an independent non-executive director and a member of the audit committee and remuneration committee. The resignations will take effect after the conclusion of the annual general meeting of shareholders to be held on June 20, 2025, due to other business reasons.

The board of directors has nominated Li Yan as a candidate for executive director and vice chairman, Ma Runchao as a candidate for executive director, and Pan Mengran as a candidate for executive director, as well as Li Jing as a member of the audit committee, remuneration committee, nomination committee, and candidate for independent non-executive director. Li Yan, Ma Runchao, Pan Mengran, and Li Jing are not current executive directors or independent non-executive directors, and they have agreed to be nominated as candidates.

The company's supervisory board has nominated Feng Liping and Huang Peirong as candidates for company supervisors. Feng Liping and Huang Peirong are not current supervisors, and they have agreed to be nominated as candidates
