# Jiajiayue: Adjusted the upper limit of the share repurchase price to 12 yuan/share

Jiajiayue announced that at the thirty-fifth meeting of the fourth board of directors held on March 21, 2025, it reviewed and approved the proposal to adjust the upper limit of the repurchase price of shares, agreeing to change the upper limit from no more than RMB 9.89 per share to no more than RMB 12 per share, while other contents of the repurchase plan remain unchanged. As of the announcement date, the company has cumulatively repurchased 1.7116 million shares through the centralized bidding trading method on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, accounting for 0.27% of the company's total share capital, with the highest transaction price being RMB 9.87 per share, the lowest price being RMB 7.42 per share, and the total amount of funds paid being RMB 16.1473 million
