KOWLOON DEV ( 00034) announced that for the year ending last year, the annual profit was HKD 116 million, a decrease of 65.7% year-on-year, with earnings per share of HKD 0.09; a final dividend of HKD 0.12 was declared.

During the period, operating revenue was HKD 5.39 billion, an increase of 83.16% year-on-year.
