# LECRON: Subject to other risk warnings, trading will be suspended for 1 day on March 24

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, LECRON (300343.SZ) announced that on March 19, 2025, it received the "Notice of Administrative Penalty Pre-Announcement" issued by the Shandong Regulatory Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission. According to Article 9.4 of the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange GEM Stock Listing Rules": "If a listed company has any of the following circumstances, the exchange will implement other risk warnings for its stock trading: (7) According to the facts stated in the administrative penalty pre-announcement issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the financial indicators disclosed in the company's annual report contain false records, but do not touch upon the circumstances specified in the first paragraph of Article 10.5.2. The aforementioned financial indicators include operating income, total profit, net profit, and asset or liability items in the balance sheet." The company's stock trading will be subject to other risk warnings.

In addition, the company's stock will be suspended for one day starting from the market opening on March 24, 2025 (Monday) and will resume trading on March 25, 2025 (Tuesday). The company's stock will be subject to other risk warnings starting from March 25, 2025 (Tuesday), and the stock abbreviation will change from "LECRON" to "ST LECRON."
