# LONTRUE has been subjected to other risk warnings and will be suspended for 1 day on March 24

According to the announcement from LONTRUE (300175.SZ), the company recently received an "Advance Notice of Administrative Penalty" (No. \[2025\] 3) issued by the Shandong Regulatory Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as "Shandong CSRC"). According to Article 9.4 of the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange GEM Stock Listing Rules": "If a listed company has any of the following circumstances, the Exchange will implement other risk warnings for its stock trading: (7) According to the facts stated in the advance notice of administrative penalty issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the financial indicators disclosed in the company's annual report contain false records, but do not involve the circumstances specified in the first paragraph of Article 10.5.2. The aforementioned financial indicators include operating income, total profit, net profit, and asset or liability items in the balance sheet." The Shenzhen Stock Exchange will implement other risk warnings for the company's stock trading.

The company's stock will be suspended for one day starting from the opening of the market on March 24, 2025 (Monday) and will resume trading on March 25, 2025 (Tuesday). The company's stock will be subject to other risk warnings starting from the opening of the market on March 25, 2025 (Tuesday), and the stock abbreviation will be changed from "LONTRUE" to "ST LONTRUE"
