# XPH is subject to other risk warnings and will be suspended for trading for one day on March 24

According to the news from Zhitong Finance APP, XPH (300147.SZ) announced that on March 21, 2025, the company received the "Advance Notice of Administrative Penalty" (Guangdong Securities Regulatory Penalty Document \[2025\] No. 5) issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as "CSRC"). According to Article 9.4 of the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange GEM Stock Listing Rules": "If a listed company has any of the following circumstances, the Exchange will implement other risk warnings for its stock trading: (7) According to the facts stated in the advance notice of administrative penalty issued by the CSRC, the financial indicators disclosed in the company's annual report contain false records, but do not involve the circumstances specified in Article 10.5.2, the aforementioned financial indicators include operating income, total profit, net profit, and asset or liability items in the balance sheet," the company's stock trading will be subject to other risk warnings.

The company's stock will be suspended for one day starting from the opening of the market on March 24, 2025 (Monday) and will resume trading from the opening of the market on March 25, 2025 (Tuesday). The company's stock will be subject to other risk warnings starting from March 25, 2025 (Tuesday), and the stock abbreviation will be changed from "XPH" to "ST XPH"
