According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Information Development (300469.SZ) announced that its board secretary Xu Yunwei, who holds 8,360 shares of the company (accounting for 0.0034% of the total share capital), plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 2,000 shares through centralized bidding within three months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement due to personal funding needs, with a reduction ratio not exceeding 0.0008% of the company's total share capital
