# Furja shareholder Huang Xiaoping plans to reduce holdings by no more than 65,700 shares

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Furja (603219.SH) announced that, starting 15 trading days after the announcement date, within 3 months, shareholder Huang Xiaoping will reduce his holdings of "shares obtained through non-trading transfer in Chongqing Fuhui" by no more than 65,700 shares, which is no more than 0.0117% of the total shares of the company, and the total number of shares reduced within any consecutive 90 days shall not exceed 1% of the total shares of the company
