# yyfp: Chengtong Carbon Sink wins the bid for the forestry carbon sink resource cooperation development project in Ningdu County

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Yueyang Lin Paper (600963.SH) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Chengtong Carbon Sink Management (Hunan) Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Chengtong Carbon Sink") recently received the "Notice of Winning Bid" and became the winning unit for the forestry carbon sink resource cooperation development investment project in Ningdu County, Jiangxi Province.

The announcement shows that there are currently 4.5279 million acres of forestry land in Ningdu County, Jiangxi Province. The project development scope includes all forest land in the county that meets national policy requirements and can be used to apply for forestry carbon sink projects under the China Voluntary Emission Reduction Program (CCER) or other international voluntary emission reduction mechanisms (VER), including various types of forest land involved in afforestation and forest management projects. The specific area and scope will be subject to the final approval and verification of the project
