# Tellhow plans to issue additional shares to acquire assets and will continue to suspend trading from March 25

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Tellhow (600590.SH) announced that the company intends to acquire the equity of Jiangxi Tellhow Military Industry Group Co., Ltd. held by Beijing Guofa Aviation Engine Industry Investment Fund Center (Limited Partnership) through the issuance of shares. The counterparty holds 13.87% of the total equity of the target company. The company's stock has been suspended from trading since the market opened on March 24, 2025 (Monday) and will continue to be suspended from trading starting March 25, 2025 (Tuesday), with the suspension (cumulative) expected to last no more than 10 trading days
