# CN CULTURE GP: All 80.6163 million unsubscribed rights issue shares have been allocated

According to the announcement from CN CULTURE GP (00745), on March 17, 2025 (Monday) at 4:00 PM (the final time for the placement agent to place the unsubscribed rights shares), all 80.6163 million unsubscribed rights shares have been successfully placed at a price of HKD 0.10 per share (equivalent to the subscription price) under the placement arrangement. Therefore, there are no net proceeds to be distributed to non-action shareholders according to the compensation arrangement
