# AMSKY plans to invest 30 million yuan in the Aike Chuxin Industrial Fund to invest in new materials and other industries

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, AMSKY (300521.SZ) announced that the company has signed a "Partnership Agreement" with Guangzhou Kaide Yuehao Private Fund Management Co., Ltd., Guangdong Chuxin Investment Co., Ltd., and Wu Yuanhao to jointly invest in the establishment of Guangzhou Aikai Chuxin Industrial Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership). The total subscribed capital of the partnership is RMB 31.8 million, and the company will participate in the investment of the partnership as a limited partner with its own funds of RMB 30 million, accounting for 94.3396% of the total subscribed capital. The main business of the partnership is investment, with investment directions in industries such as 3D metal printing, aerospace, and new materials
