According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Sunrise Garment (605138.SH) announced that its shareholder holding more than 5% of the shares, Youngor Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Youngor"), will reduce its holdings of 3.228 million shares of the company through centralized bidding from December 23, 2024, to March 22, 2025, accounting for 0.58% of the company's total share capital. The time for this reduction plan has expired, and the implementation of this reduction plan has been completed
