# MINAMI plans to invest 10 million yuan to establish Tianjian Intelligent to expand its business scope

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, MINAMI (301383.SZ) announced that the company plans to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary, Shenzhen MINAMI Intelligent Co., Ltd. (tentative name), in Shenzhen with its own funds, with a registered capital of 10 million yuan, and the company will subscribe to 100% of the capital contribution.
