# Join-cheer plans to reduce holdings of no more than 885,700 shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Join-cheer (002279.SZ) announced that Mr. Shi Ruifeng, a director of the company, plans to reduce his holdings of the company's shares by no more than 885,700 shares (accounting for 0.10% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding or block trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of disclosure
