# GEMPHARMATECH plans to launch an employee stock ownership plan in 2025

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, GEMPHARMATECH (688046.SH) disclosed the employee stock ownership plan (draft) for 2025. The number of shares to be held under this employee stock ownership plan is approximately 2.04 million shares, accounting for about 0.50% of the company's total share capital of 41,000.00 million shares at the time of the announcement of this employee stock ownership plan draft. The purchase price for the shares in the company's repurchase special account is 7.12 yuan/share.

At the initial establishment of this employee stock ownership plan, the total number of holders shall not exceed 45 (excluding reserved shares), including 1 senior management personnel, with the specific number of participants determined based on the actual payment situation of employees. The duration of this employee stock ownership plan is 36 months, calculated from the date of the company's announcement of the last transfer of the shares to the employee stock ownership plan
