# CHINA OIL & GAS has signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Yongyou Network

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, CHINA OIL & GAS (00603) announced that on March 24, 2025, the company signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Yonyou Network Technology Co., Ltd. (Yonyou Network). Under this agreement, the group will conduct in-depth cooperation with Yonyou Network in areas such as enterprise intelligence empowerment and AI intelligence empowerment applications. Leveraging its deep accumulation in gas transmission and distribution, comprehensive energy services, and leading advantages in artificial intelligence and Internet of Things technology, the two parties aim to build intelligent solutions covering the entire scenarios of energy, production, operation, and consumption through technological integration and ecological collaboration. This will achieve the intelligent upgrade of enterprises, help reduce costs and increase efficiency, optimize user experience, and jointly lead the creation of industry benchmarks for intelligence.
