# CH ENV TECH&BIO issues a profit warning, expecting a net profit attributable to shareholders of approximately 3 million yuan for the fiscal year 2024

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, CH ENV TECH&BIO (01237) announced that for the year ending December 31, 2024, the group expects to achieve a net profit attributable to shareholders of approximately RMB 3 million (2023: net loss of RMB 2.4 million).

The group has turned a loss into a profit, mainly due to the reversal of excess provisions for income tax expenses from the previous year amounting to approximately RMB 8.8 million
