# GREAT CHI HLDGS issues a profit warning, expecting an annual net profit of approximately HKD 15 million to HKD 20 million

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, GREAT CHI HLDGS (00021) announced that the group expects to achieve a net profit of approximately HKD 15 million to HKD 20 million for the year ending December 31, 2024, compared to a net loss of approximately HKD 4.04 million for the year ending December 31, 2023.

The increase in net profit is mainly due to the sales of delivered properties, which have increased by approximately 800% to 900% compared to the same period in 2023
