# ASX Small-Cap Stocks to Watch

> Investors are focusing on several small-cap stocks on the ASX. Lodestar Minerals is raising AU$661,000 through a share placement. Swift Networks Group is launching a pro-rata entitlement offer to raise up to AU$3.3 million. Moab Minerals reported uranium mineralization in Tanzania. NewPeak Metals appointed Mark Purcell as CEO, succeeding David Mason. Peregrine Gold signed an agreement with Mark Creasy for precious metal exploitation at its Newman project.

Investors are likely to keep an eye on the following small-cap stocks listed on the Australian Securities Exchange.

Lodestar Minerals

Lodestar Minerals received firm commitments to raise a further AU$661,000 through the placement of roughly 60.1 million shares priced at AU$0.011 apiece, following a capital raising of AU$542,500 in February.

Swift Networks Group

Swift Networks Group launched a partially underwritten pro-rata entitlement offer to raise up to AU$3.3 million on the basis of one new share for every two shares held, with an issue price of AU$0.01 apiece.

Moab Minerals

Moab Minerals said 40 drill holes at the Manyoni project in Tanzania encountered uranium mineralization in excess of the cut off grade of one-meter thickness and at least 100 parts per million uranium.

NewPeak Metals

NewPeak Metals named Mark Purcell chief executive, effective immediately, succeeding David Mason, who will remain on the board as non-executive director.

Peregrine Gold

Peregrine Gold, through its subsidiary Pilbara Gold Exploration, signed an agreement with major shareholder Mark Creasy, allowing the exploitation of precious metals within three prospecting licenses applied for over the Peninsula prospect at the company's Newman project.
