After the market closes on March 25, the "ZhiShang Convertible Bond" that has not been converted will cease conversion, and the remaining convertible bonds will be forcibly redeemed at a price of 100.38 yuan per bond. If forcibly redeemed, investors may face investment losses. ② China Automotive Systems: The board of directors has agreed to appoint Zhang Zipeng as the general manager of the company.
