# LBC received a cash dividend of 76.5 million yuan from its holding subsidiary, Jinyi Technology

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, LBC (600727.SH) announced that its holding subsidiary, Guangxi Tiandong Jinyi Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Jinyi Technology"), has had its profit distribution plan for 2024 approved by the Jinyi Technology shareholders' meeting. As of December 31, 2024, Jinyi Technology has distributable profits of 551,454,739.99 yuan. After voting by all shareholders, it was unanimously agreed to distribute profits of 150 million yuan to shareholders in cash. The company holds a 51% stake in Jinyi Technology, and from this profit distribution, the company will receive a dividend of 76.5 million yuan. The aforementioned dividend has been transferred to the company's account on March 25, 2025
