# Zhou Yuchen reduced his stake in OSL GROUP to below 5%

> Equity disclosure shows that Zhou Yuchen, who first disclosed holding more than 5% last month, reduced his holdings in OSL GROUP (0863) by 2 million shares at an average price of 9 HKD on March 18, decreasing his shareholding from 5.12% to 4.8%. Earlier, Zhou Yuchen reported that on February 3, he purchased an additional 7 million shares of OSL in the market at an average cash price of 7.46 HKD per share, involving an investment of 52.2 million HKD. After completing the increase in holdings, his shareholding in OSL rose from the original 4% to 5.12%

Equity disclosure shows that Zhou Yuchen, who first disclosed holding more than 5% last month, reduced his holdings in OSL GROUP **(0863)** by 2 million shares on March 18 at an average price of 9 HKD, decreasing his shareholding from 5.12% to 4.8%.

Earlier, Zhou Yuchen reported that on February 3, he purchased an additional 7 million shares of OSL in the market at an average cash price of 7.46 HKD per share, involving a total investment of 52.2 million HKD.
