# SFK released its annual performance, with shareholders' attributable profit of HKD 27.772 million, an increase of 9.7% year-on-year

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, New Fortune Port (01447) announced its annual performance for the year ending December 31, 2024. The group achieved revenue of HKD 4.609 billion, an increase of 19.67% year-on-year; the profit attributable to equity shareholders was HKD 27.772 million, an increase of 9.7% year-on-year; earnings per share were HKD 0.069, and a final dividend of HKD 0.04 per share is proposed.

The announcement stated that the increase in revenue was due to the combined effects of the following factors: an increase of approximately HKD 613 million in revenue from general building operations, an increase of approximately HKD 163 million in revenue from civil engineering operations, which was offset by a decrease of approximately HKD 19.24 million in revenue from other services
