According to the Zhitong Finance APP, CETCCST (002268.SZ) announced that the company received a notice from its concerted action party, Electric Science Investment, regarding the completion of the shareholding increase plan for CETCCST. As of March 24, 2025, Electric Science Investment has cumulatively increased its holdings in the company by 11.24348 million shares, accounting for 1.33% of the company's total share capital, with an increase amount of 200 million yuan (excluding transaction fees)
