# MEI YAN has repurchased 2.2% of its shares at a cost of 122 million yuan

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, MEI YAN (600868.SH) announced that as of March 25, 2025, the company has repurchased a total of 41.849 million shares through the Shanghai Stock Exchange trading system via centralized bidding, accounting for 2.20% of the company's current total share capital, an increase of 1.20% compared to the last disclosed number. The repurchase price range has a maximum price of RMB 3.21 per share and a minimum price of RMB 2.61 per share, with a total amount paid of RMB 122 million (excluding transaction fees)
