# LD: The reduction plan for Chuzhou Junyuan has expired without reducing the company's shares

On the evening of March 25th, LD announced that its shareholder Chuzhou Junyuan Venture Capital Center originally planned to reduce its holdings in the company by no more than 1.90%. As of the date of this announcement, the reduction plan period has expired, and Chuzhou Junyuan has not reduced its holdings in the company
