# CHINA FORTUNE issued a profit warning, expecting an annual net loss of approximately HKD 31 million to HKD 36 million

According to the announcement from CHINA FORTUNE (00110), the group expects to incur a net loss of approximately HKD 31 million to HKD 36 million for the year ending December 31, 2024, compared to a net loss of approximately HKD 15.1 million for the year ending December 31, 2023.

The expected increase in net loss is mainly due to (i) losses from the sale of subsidiaries engaged in mining business for the year ending December 31, 2024; and (ii) fair value losses on financial assets measured at fair value through profit or loss assessed in accordance with applicable accounting standards
