According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Sunlour Pigment (301036.SZ) disclosed a plan to issue convertible corporate bonds to unspecified objects, with a total issuance amount not exceeding 800 million yuan (inclusive). After deducting issuance costs, the raised funds are intended for high-performance blue and green pigment projects, high-performance yellow and red pigment projects, high-performance functional pigment product research and development center projects, and to supplement working capital
