# REACH NEW HLDGS appoints Zhu Honghai as Chief Independent Non-Executive Director

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, REACH NEW HLDGS (08471) announced that on March 25, 2025, Ms. Sha Xuan Yi, the Chairperson of the Board and Executive Director, was appointed as a member of the Board Nomination Committee.

In light of the proposed amendments to the Corporate Governance Code, which will take effect on July 1, 2025, the Board resolved on March 25, 2025, to adopt the newly recommended best practices in the Corporate Governance Code and appointed Mr. Zhu Hong Hai as the Chief Independent Non-Executive Director
